Chennai-born Indian American Caitlin Sandra Neil has been crowned Miss India USA 2024 at the annual pageant held in New Jersey. The 19-year-old is currently a second-year student at the University of California, Davis. Caitlin impressed the judges with her confidence, intelligence, and commitment to making a positive impact on society.
Caitlin’s Journey
Caitlin was born in Chennai, India, and moved to the United States with her family 14 years ago. Growing up, she balanced her love for academics with her passion for arts and culture. Caitlin started her journey in modeling and acting during her teenage years and worked hard to achieve her dreams. She is also pursuing a career in web design while staying connected to her Indian roots.
Her Vision
Speaking after her win, Caitlin said, “I want to leave a positive and lasting impact on my community. My focus is on women’s empowerment and promoting literacy.” Her words reflect her dedication to meaningful causes and her ambition to inspire others.
