14th Oct 2022, India: The election commission is set to announce the date Gujarat and Himachal Assembly Elections at 3PM today. All eyes are on the elections of both state Himachal and Gujarat elections, recently assembly election is over in Goa, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Manipur. In both states Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh BJP government has the majority marks.

The Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly has 68 seats with 35 majority marks. In January 8 Himachal assembly term end whereas Gujarat legislative assembly has 182 seats with 92 majority marks, its assembly term end on February 18. In Gujarat BJP government is from two decades since 1998 while in Himachal Pradesh after defeating congress Party in 2017 BJP government come to its Power.
