Trident Group to Invest ₹3,000 Crore in Madhya Pradesh, Creating Thousands of Jobs

The Trident Group, one of India’s leading textile companies, has announced its decision to invest ₹3,000 crore in Madhya Pradesh. This major investment aims to expand the company’s operations in the state and is expected to generate 3,000 new jobs. Rajinder Gupta, Chairman of Trident Group, shared this update on Monday during the Madhya Pradesh Regional Industry Conclave.

The Ludhiana-based company currently operates in Madhya Pradesh, sourcing cotton and converting it into finished goods. Over the years, Trident has significantly contributed to the local economy through its manufacturing and export activities. Highlighting the company’s journey, Gupta said, “A few years ago, we invested ₹5,000 crore in Madhya Pradesh. Today, our products made here are exported to 122 countries, and their demand continues to grow.”

This new ₹3,000 crore investment will boost the state’s textile sector by increasing production capacity and improving infrastructure. It will also create thousands of employment opportunities, benefiting local communities and strengthening Madhya Pradesh’s position as an industrial hub.

Trident’s commitment aligns with Madhya Pradesh’s focus on attracting industrial investments and creating job opportunities. The company’s decision to expand operations in the state shows its confidence in Madhya Pradesh as a key center for textile manufacturing.

The planned investment will further enhance Trident’s global presence while contributing to the state’s economic development. As demand for Indian textiles rises in international markets, this move is expected to boost exports and generate long-term benefits for both the company and the state.

With this significant initiative, Trident Group continues to demonstrate its dedication to growth and social responsibility, combining business expansion with community welfare.
